My eighth  day on the Ketogenic Diet – Work that fat!

A new week has begun which means new opportunities for me being healthy and being on the Ketogenic Diet. I love being on the Keto so far.
I leveled my food intakes yesterday since both me and my partner thought our protein intake was too high. So the protein was decresed to half and we increased the fat by adding melted butter and a tablespoon more of coconut oil to our food.

And it seems like that is working better for us. I really need to figure out my macros though so we can really hit that state of Ketosis.
