Ketogenic Diet: 2 Weeks!

I made it through the first two weeks of my Ketogenic Diet! I am so proud. Eating right, talking long walks and exercising has really done my mind and my body well.
I am noticing changes in my sleeping pattern too. I don’t feel exhausted when I wake up in the mornings and it feels ike my body has come into a rythm now.
Still a long way to go to get into Ketosis, but I am slowly getting there.
