How to make Cauliflower mash

Many of us use potatoes as a main part of our meals. But many diets, including diets like the Ketogenic Diet and LCHF won’t allow the lumpy stone called potato.
After searching Pinterest for a while and having broccoli as a substitute I found that I could try Cauliflower. And here is the result. Cauliflower mash is much more simple than mashed potatoes and less ingredients.

Cauliflower, butter, salt pepper and ground garlic. That’s all you need.
