Heavenly Samosa snack

Heavenly Samosa snack

I have travelled in Asia for many months now. Almost nine months to be exact. And the food is really good here. It is quite similar from country to country but in some places you can find different types of dishes that are unique to one country. Samosas are one dish that can be found in most parts of Central Asia.
Fortunate for me they are one of my favourites because they are tasty, easy accessible as they are mainly sold on the streets. And these babies are very inexpensive too.

In Kathmandu almost all streetfood vendors have Samosa as you get closer to the more popular areas for locals such as Durbar Square. In Thamel, the main tourist area the Mo-mos are more popular.

I would love to be able to make Samosa myself it is so tasty and you really can use it as a side dish or on its own.

Typical Samosas are filled with cooked, lightly crushed, potatoes mixed with herbs and spices. Some are filled with mashed chickpeas.

I don’t know if Samosas are hard to make, I have never attempted a try. But I would love to get my hands on a really good Samosa recipe.
